No one has time to waste in the gym. Your workouts should facilitate LASTING improvements in fitness attributes: strength, muscle mass, mobility, power, aerobic or anaerobic conditioning.
Traditional bodybuilding and powerlifting style training will take care of much of this, IF it is programmed effectively with sound exercise selection. Full range of motion lifting with some unconventional but LOADABLE exercises as warm ups or accessories along with simple but effective conditioning when needed is what sets my training style apart from others.

I couldn't ask for a better trainer than Grant. I've been training with him since 2015. I have to admit I am a very picky person and if I am not challenged/satisfied I will move on. Ten years later, I am still here! My workouts with Grant are ALWAYS challenging. He's extremely knowledgeable about the body and tailors workouts for every individual. I also like that he tracks your progress. I will say that there are days when I don't want to get up and see him because I know I am not going to have an easy workout. He knows my strengths and weaknesses and will push me to the limit. However, when it's over I am grateful for my time with him and I feel accomplished and ready to start my day! Grant is the most knowledgeable trainer I've ever worked with. He's constantly learning new methods and philosophies to help you get to your goals. I have worked with Grant over the past three years and it has been a great experience. Now, having a busy work schedule with a lot of travel Grant does a great job working around me. More importantly Grant is excellent about tailoring routines to fit my lifestyle. He provides me with different exercises and stretches I can do on the road to keep up my strength and flexibility. Additionally, having torn both a shoulder and knee, on my own time, Grant was incredible at accommodating both injuries and creating plans around them. I would argue that a lot of the rehab work I did with Grant was by far more beneficial than what I was doing with my physical therapist. I have been training with Grant since December 2012, almost 14 years. I am stronger than most women I know and even some men! When I decided to train with Grant I initially thought I would train with him twice a week for about a year, and then do it myself. After about 6 months I realized that I would never push myself as far as Grant pushes. I tell my family and friends that I feel like I am getting younger and in a way I am. I have never been this strong or this toned. Having that brings greater confidence in all situations and a willingness to try things I have never done before. I plan to continue training with Grant as long as I can!
Grant is an amazing personal trainer. He is one of the smartest people I know and extremely dedicated to applying that to fitness. I have been working with Grant for about 9 years and wouldn't even think of going to anyone else! He listens to what your individual goals are and if you are new and maybe don't know, has plenty of ideas of his own.
